Customer Service Representative for an established independent insurance agency located in North Royalton. Seeking an individual who is motivated and willing to perform a variety of customer service functions, there are always opportunities to learn and grow.

- Performs variety of customer service functions for insureds including coordinating first notice of loss processing of claims and/or processing payments, billing inquiries, cancellations agreements, and policy questions/changes for all products, lines of business, and affiliates.
- Meets established goals and objectives via telephone and/or electronic means providing a superior customer experience.
- Provides highest quality, caring service by following established service levels and procedures for functions performed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Participate in self-study or in-house training to continue self-improvement. Attend training conferences and seminars, as directed.
